Credit or Debit Card Charged Twice
If two similar charges appear, it may be a pre-authorization, payment retry, or temporary bank hold.
What to Do
- Wait for the bank to finalize the transaction.
- Check whether 12SSL created only one successful payment.
- If both charges were captured, contact 12SSL support.
Provide the order number, payment time, amount, and payment method. Do not send the full card number.
